What's keeping us busy - GiTRiX 2.5

The upcoming release of our recruitment management system GiTRiX will bring many new exciting features focusing on reducing the amount of work needed to process a candidate and thus saving time to consultants. Allow us to introduce these features to you.

Mass Email

Starting with GiTRiX 2.5, users will be able to send an email to multiple candidates directly from GiTRiX from any list containing persons. The function is conveniently located in the context menu which is accesible via a right mouse click.

Import candidates from external sources - automated email processing

This feature will allow you to import candidates from an email account. First and last name will be parsed, as well as email address and position the applicant applies for. Email's attachments are displayed in a list and user can choose, which will be imported to GiTRiX.

As this is quite a general feature consisting of both client-side and server side components, it provides a base for importing candidates from additional sources, such as XML files produced by your website or third party applications.
