GiTRiX is a Recruitment Management System designed to improve and automate your company’s recruitment processes. It will allow your organization to share candidate information and automate communication with candidates and clients. GiTRiX will also reduce the amount of paper you will require for your work.

GiTRiX is designed to allow you to follow the recruitment process from the candidate’s side and from the client’s side. This means that changes made in a client’s process that are related to a candidate will also show up in the candidate’s profile. We chose to describe the entire recruitment process from the client’s side as it is a little more complex.

A little history

GiTRiX has been in continuous development since the year 2000. The original version was based on an MS Access database with an Access graphical user interface (GUI). With time the demands for a more scaleable solution grew including remote access from other locations. You are currently working with the latest version of GiTRiX. It’s based on .NET technology (the application was developed mainly in C#) and a full grown SQL database which is currently the newest technology available.

GiTRiX was originally developed by Trinso for GIT Consult, a specialized IT staffing firm, founded in the year 2000 and headquartered in Berkeley, California.

In the year of 2007, GiTRiX was acquired by Trinso and has been in rapid development since then. Trinso is devolved in adding new functionality and fixing existing bugs. Brief history of GiTRiX's development can be found in GiTRiX Version History.

GiTRiX is based on Microsoft’s .NET technology and its graphical and functional design looks familiar to Microsoft product users.
